Many Free will disagree with my ways, unfortunately... I am a Slaver and slave Trainer here for these exact reasons. There will be things I train you to do that some Free will wish you to do differently, do not argue, do not correct the Free, simply do as the Free bids (unless it is an expressed no no for you), knowing you did it on command, and that you know better than to do so regularly. A trained slave is a trained slave... there is no such thing as a slave who is knowledgeable of everything, but a trained slave has enough training and experience to do what is wished, with knowledge of most positions, foods, drinks, and situations on Gor.
The only rank within slaves are the ranks that the Free deem fit. Personal slaves are no better than the city or house slaves and will not demand certain "respect" from them.
A Gorean slave, secondly, shows himself/herself and his/her beauty off in everything she does. You will utilize every action, from entering a channel to approaching a Master, to bring pleasure to the Free with your unique loveliness and style.
What is a kajira/kajirus?
Basically a kajira/kajirus is a Gorean slave girl/boy who are usually branded with a kef(K)and may be collared or uncollared, owned by a Room or a Master/Mistress. But there is a difference between a kajira/kajirus and a slave.
A kajira/kajirus serves her/his Master/Mistress with pride, her/his submission comes from deep within their soul, and it is also a part of your heart. A true kajira/kajiru will kneel in front of their Master/Mistress and surrender not only her/his body, but her/his mind, heart and soul. She/he belongs to Him/Her completely, totally and unconditionally. This goes well beyond trust, a kajira/kajirus must have integrity, loyalty, and honesty. For without those values you have nothing. But with them you have everything.
You must unquestioningly strive to please your Master/Mistress, His/Her word is law. He/She will protect you, nurture you, and guide you. He/She will punish you, but not with hate or cruelty, but with love and caring to make you strong and special.
True kajira/kajirus are valued property, because with all of their heart they want only to bring her/his Master/Mistress great pleasure. She/he does this with the beauty of their serves, the pride in which she/he wears their collar, and continually works on ways to please her/his Master/Mistress.
A kajira/kajirus must NEVER dishonor or bring dishonor to her/his Master/Mistress, their collar and their sister/brother kajira/kajirus?. If ever a Master/Mistress has you serve someone else you must do it with the same pride and love you show for your own Master/Mistress. A kajira/kajirus is different from a slave, anyone can be a slave, but only a few are true kajira/kajirus?. That is why you are Special .
Greeting everyone as soon as you enter a group of people is also a huge onlinism. Slaves did not walk up and disrupt the discussions of free by calling out tons of greetings. If you are near or at someone's feet, greet them quietly. Never greet slaves, the Free are to have your attention at all times. If you have time to greet, you have time to put yourself at someone's feet and beg to serve them.
On the other hand, Gor is about the Free, not the slaves - how long can you sit in a channel, unnoticed, not called upon, without fidgeting, without adding a little comment here and there to get yourself noticed? Which is not to say that a gorean slave should not enter into conversations; but they do need the self-control to be still when the time is appropriate. As Will Rogers put it, Never miss a good chance to shut up.
Then there is Gorean factual knowledge, gleaned from the Scrolls, John Norman's 26 books of the Chronicles of Counter Earth. From animals to foods, from drinks to positions, each bit is important knowledge for an on-line slave. Granted, as a slave you might never be asked about what kinds of flowers are in Gor, but if you are, you'll be able to answer with a correct answer.
Being a slave is not to be taken lightly. It takes a lot of hard work, and determination. As a slave, you need to have a deep craving and inner desire to serve. As Gorean slaves we wish to be perfect, but you need to understand that no matter how hard you try to please the all Free, you'll never be able to.
Observing will teach you a lot... but the lessons that sear into your soul will be the ones you learn yourself, through trial and error. Don't let fear keep you from striving to please.
Know what it means to be Gorean. Read the books, reread them, see past the fiction and look at the society he describes, the ideals of that society, not the setting or characters.
There is no replacement for reading the books, and it is only by reading them yourself that you will be able to sift through the many web sites and discussion boards devoted to Gor and search for those which are accurate in their information. Be honest with yourself: do you believe in the entirety of the philosophy?
Be yourself when in Gor; embellishment of one's image is normal, but complete falsification of who you are as a person only leads to hurt and anger. There will be times (because yes, we are human, even if in Gorean law we are considered livestock) that in your mind you'll want to lash out and blurt out words that as time goes on, will surely come to mind.
But if you really want to be a kajira, you won't say them. You'll bite back the rudeness, the feeling of "how dare they say this or that". Many slave say they have black and blue tongues, but they learn what to speak about, and what not to speak about.
Schools will not "teach" you to be Gorean. That part of you is already inside you, or it is not. We can only teach you what Gor is. Only you will know if it is what lays within your soul, and only after a good deal of time learning all the facets of the philosophies.
The Free will often encourage you to speak openly, but acting the brat is only going to get your ass kicked right out of the door. And it will gain little, if any, help from the girls who've been just where you are now, alone, scared and wondering what they got themselves into.
The biggest thing to remember though is, you are on Gor to have fun, to grow, and to enjoy yourself and others. There will be changes within you as you let your inner slave-self fly free, as you fullfill yourself as a woman in this unique, supra-womanly way. Note, however: if it ever stops being fun, that's when to turn off the computer, and take a long hard look at where you are.
difficult things about becoming a slave (no particular order):
Just because you know a few serves, and can spell "heat", and alcove well, does NOT mean you're a slave
Learning to put your self second, and when you don't agree with the Free person, letting go of the irritation
Having patience, no matter how dense that Free Person or that other slave is
Knowing that your Master may take more than one slave, and it is not your place to comment
Knowing it is ok to make a mistake, then learning from it and moving on "Remember: your mistakes are the only things you can truly call your own."

Will you still be a slave, and think of others when your mood sucks? Will you decide to take those moods out on others and then blame your Master when he calls you on it? Will you still be a slave even as tears course down your cheeks while you are punished or reprimanded? Will you still feel like being a slave when you are told he doesn't want to have you near him right now?
Will you still feel like a slave if he does not touch you when you wish, but when he wishes…. Will you still want to be a slave as you toss and turn at night, your desires unmet because he said no? Will you still want to be a Gorean slave when he decides to give someone else the attention you think you deserve or that you crave?
The most important thing for a kajira to understand is that her primary duty is absolute obedience. If a Master approaches you and asks you to strip, do not ask why, just do it. You may never question a command unless it contradicts a command that your Owner has placed upon you.

1. you feel that you only have to serve those that you wish
2. When you refuse to serve new Masters or Mistresses.
3. When you use afk and never return so that you do not have to serve.
4. When you wish to serve or fur only Captains or Ubars.
5. When you are red silk and refuse to serve in an alcove.
6. if None pay attention to you, you beg to leave
7. When you refuse to do chores.
8. you forget that you're there to please the Free and not yourself
9. you feel that you deserve to have sympathy from the Free

i'm sure there are other things that could go on this list.. Remember.. if you don't have time to serve the Free.. or be pleasing.. beg to leave or just simply don't enter.
